New Features & Improvements:
- The new option to print labour only job sheets now displays the signature box on the print out.
- Added an option to add custom proposal cancellation reasons for use in the CRM.
- Added an option to add custom part group codes.
- Improved clarity of the warning that appears when attempting to post to a date that would be within previously a closed period.
- Improved clarity of messaging shown in parts transaction history that is logged when a stock adjustment is made.
- New GDPR contact preferences added for our Stellantis customers.
- Added an option to remove old saved accounts batches that are no longer required.
Fixes:
- Resolved an error that would prevent the creation of a new stock take list.
- Resolved an error that would sometimes appear when adding a never-before-seen part to a stock order.
- Resolved an error that would sometimes appear when creating a parts supersession.
- Resolved a crash that would occur in certain circumstances when searching for parts to add to a cross site parts stock transfer.
- Fixed a problem that would overwrite part numbers when editing specialist jobs.
- Fixed a problem in CRM that would create an activity dated 30/12/1899 when an SMS message was sent to the customer.
- Resolved an issue when performing a CAP lookup whereby an incorrect CAP database was used.
- Resolved an error that would sometimes occur when deleting surcharge parts from jobs.
- Fixed a problem that would create a blank customer GDPR preference record that would cause an error to display when viewing the customer contact preferences tab.
- Job duration in the diary would not update under certain circumstances.
- Resolved an error that reads “Service invoice already marked as complete” that would sometimes appear when invoicing a job.
- Accruals for accessories on sales deals are properly removed when the deal is cancelled through the CRM.
- Enquiries in the CRM that are marked as ‘Lost’ will no longer show linked follow-ups when removed.
- Fixed a problem with vehicle sales deposits that would leave a blank cash book record.
- Made changes to how the software raises diary bookings in the background to prevent the possibility of raising jobs without a corresponding diary booking.
- Deposits taken on stock records that are missing a franchise would previously not display on the cash report. There is now a separate option to include records missing a franchise that must be selected.
- Fixed an instance where jobs would sometimes be created with missing repairs.
