Fixes:
- Resolved a ‘Part not found’ error that could sometimes appear in the Stock Transfers module.
- Grid output has been restored for the Aged Stock report.
- Prevent the ‘Cannot post to a closed period’ popup from appearing multiple times when crediting a vehicle sale.
- Resolved a minor issue with the new vehicle and customer duplicate search function that would only allow you to use it once per login.
- Improved the handling when a model type is added to an SOR stock record.
- Prevented an instance where it was possible to add the same vehicle into the stock book twice.
- Unposted credits for recon/prep work will no longer affect the vehicle’s recon figure.
- The discount amount on jobs will be retained on credited jobs that are re-raised from a credit.
- The entered by and entered date will be populated in non-stock purchases.
- The stocking log entry is now properly created when a PX comes into stock rather than when it’s first opened.
- Credited supplementary invoices are no longer shown under the accessory sales dashboard.
Improvements:
- Significantly improved the responsiveness when searching service invoices. A clear filter has been added here too.
- Master users can now view all record locks and active connections. Clearing idle sessions and old locks will come later.
- The new reports module (previously known as DXReports64) is accessible from the main menu of Evolution meaning a separate login is no longer required.
- For multi-site customers, only workshops for the site you’re currently logged into will be visible, reducing clutter in some places like the diary and job sheets.
- The Data Export module that was previously available in the old reports module (EvoReps) is now accessible from the sidebar menu.
- Improved the responsiveness of the car stock report.
- Improved the responsiveness when loading VHCs through handheld tablets.
