After carrying out the interface work required by the Ford GOASIS program, Gemini are pleased to announce that we are now certified for FSA 2.0.
Having achieved FSA 2.0 certification, our Evolution DMS will once again have real time access to the Ford Web GOASIS API, enabling it to notify the dealership of any FSA recalls at the point of booking a vehicle into the workshop, or at the point of raising a job card.
For our customers who were taking advantage of our previous FSA interface, which expired at the end of June when Ford decommissioned ETIS, we will be automatically rolling out FSA 2.0 so you can continue to take advantage of real time recall information.

- Ensures all vehicles with recalls are caught early and booked in for rectification, avoiding safety concerns
- Ensures you do not miss additional work opportunities when booking a vehicle in for a service or repair
- Increases efficiencies by eliminating the need to duplicate work by referring to different systems and websites to obtain information that is readily available at the click of a button within the DMS
