Improvements/New Features
- eVHC Authorisation from the customer landing page – This gives the customer the ability to authorise checks from the landing page.
- CRM Evo sales Rewrite.
- Ability to batch import customer receipts in the accounts.
- Restricting specialist jobs per site – We now have the functionality to filter which specialist jobs are available at which site.
- Purchase Order Processing (POP).
- Service Plans.
- Improvements made to the invoice text in a CRM proposal. – If converted to an order the text isn’t editable. If still in progress then it is editable.
- Customer drop down in Evo Accounts for allocations now displays full evo name, rather than just the surname.
- CRM – when an invoice is credited the subsequent order is now able to be cancelled.
- Improvements made to the user rights in the CRM.
- Ability to raise a workshop job from within an order form in the CRM.
- ‘Franchise’ has been added to the DMS14 feed.
