Evolution DX update V1.17.2402.1462 is now available
Please contact our aftersales team on 01522 698911 (option 2) if you would like to schedule the software update. Details of the latest release can be found below.
New Features & Improvements:
- Internal job sheets for stock vehicles will now display the tag number from the vehicle stock record. This is found under Purchase Details > Additional Information (bottom left). The tag number will appear on the job sheet under Work Details.
- Last transaction is displayed when using the vehicle records duplicate merge function.
- Option to automatically remove attached labour and parts when cancelling diary bookings rather than requiring the user to manually delete each item one at a time before clicking the cancel button.
- The labour timeline in the job diary now snaps to 15 minute intervals when using the drag and drop option. The time can still be manually set after dropping the labour line onto the timeline from the right click menu.
- It is now possible to print finished internal jobs from the Preparation Costs tab found in the Vehicle Stock Book > Financial Details section. There is also an option to toggle between active and finished jobs.
- Updated the Job Date field in job sheets to auto-populate / when manually typing in a date.
Fixes:
- Vehicle notes are retained when using the vehicle records duplicate merge function.
- Registrations with and without spaces are now seen as the same vehicle. i.e. If you have a vehicle with the registration ‘ABC 123’ it will also be recognised as ABC123 when searching. Any existing vehicles in the system that have two or more records with similar registrations can be merged using the Vehicle Duplicate Search function available in the Utilities menu available in the sidebar. There is also similar and much requested feature to merge duplicate customers.
- Fixed a problem with the cross-site part transfers module that would prevent completing a transfer under certain circumstances.
- Prevented a loop that would occur in job sheets when a non-stock part was upsold from a VHC without a cost. It is now a requirement that all non stock parts added to upsells have a cost price.
- Fixed a problem that would prevent the searching of sublet orders by order number.
- Fixed a problem that would prevent searching by account reference in the Accounts Transaction Enquiry.
- Resolved an error that would appear when attempting to mark a service invoice as paid for a customer that had a service plan.
- Leads in the CRM now clear from the incoming leads section after being claimed.
