Improvements
- Specialist Jobs can now be added via the Upsell procedure
- Vehicle Records searches have been improved to trim any spaces within the registration, this will allow for vehicles with a space to be found even if the user doesn’t enter a space in the search box
- Sage Version dropdown is now available for the latest Sage Version
- You can now print Jobsheets for Sold Vehicles via the Recon Costs tab (Previously a message would appear stating this vehicle has been sold)
- Fixed invalid Record Locking errors in Jobsheets & the Job Diary
- Fixed an issue whereby booking reminders would be sent daily to customers booked in for several days via the Block Booking system within the Job Diary
- Fixed an Alloted Time error when viewing Recon Costs within the Vehicle Stock Book
- Fixed an issue whereby emails would be corrupted if the body contained text
- Fixed a SagePosting error when posting Vehicle Purchases to Sage
- Fixed a timeout error when printing Service/MOT reminders through the Prospecting -> Letters section within Evolution
- Fixed the record locked by another user error when performing a Sage Posting (was caused if a user was in a customer record which was attempting to post to Sage)
- Fixed an issue whereby a surcharge part wouldn’t be added to a Job via the upsell procedure
- Fixed an invalid date error when entering dates within a vehicle record
- Improved general performance with Ford XFI submissions
- Fixed invalid Record Locks within the Vehicle Stock Book
- Fixed FSA errors (FSA2 now in place)
- Showroom Request Jobs – If the Make of the vehicle matches an available franchise within the DMS, the franchise on the Job will automatically be set to this franchise.
- Fixed an issue whereby only one job could be displayed/printed via the recon costs tab
- Sorting and Filtering is now available within the Awaiting Delivery section of Parts Stock Orders
- Corrected the office number displayed for Gemini Systems when the licence has expired popup appears
