Bug Fixes
- Improved the stability of both TechMate and eVHC apps when they communicate with the server.
- Resolved an issue with VW Service Events that would send duplicate files to VW.
- Added mitigations to help manage some errors relating to Ford XFI.
- Improved error handling when posting car sales indemnities to Xero.
- Improved error handling when attempting to post to a customer that is archived in Xero. The customer reference is now displayed in the posting log.
- When posting parts purchases to Xero the ‘Order Number’ in Bills to Pay now shows the Evolution order number, as well as the GRN number.
- Improved the consistency of labour rate x units calculation when labour is added to a job sheet.
- Resolved an error that could occur when adding a deposit to a vehicle sale in the stock book.
- It is now possible to link a Service Advisor against each TechMate fitter. When in the Digital Service Advisor module, users will see all check-ins and check-outs assigned to their linked Service Advisor, as well as any with no Service Advisor assigned.
- In the Vehicle Stock Book, if you use a dedicated accessory list (rather than pulling from the Parts system) you can now set a cost price.
- Added a new user switch in General Privileges: ‘Show read-only Accounts Information in Customer Records’.
- The main job list in TechMate now shows Job Statuses, as shown in Job Sheets.
- It is now possible to configure a list of pre-set notes, which can be added quickly to the booking notes when checking in a vehicle in TechMate DSA.
